7 weeks pregnant and i have been having on and off cramps in the middle of my pelvic region. and now its changed over to the left of my crotch, my groin per say. i haven't had any other problems but it worries me. sometimes it feels like its going through to my back causing a cramp there too. it doesnt really hurt, but my doctor said it is normal, without doing any tests. any one else ever had this?

I didn't bleed when I was pregnant, but it is normal to have pains in your groin and lower back the ENTIRE time. I know I did. It's just your muscles adjusting and stretching and preparing itself. If you begin to bleed enough to fill up a super maxi within an hour or two, you should call your doctor because you could have an infection, or be having a miscarriage.

If you didn't like your doctor's answer then get a second one, it won't hurt. After finding out that I was having twins. I was 4 months along and I had pain on my lower side of my pelvic. My doctor gave my pelvic exam and told me I couldn't do much things anymore. It might be different for you! Get a second opinion.

It all sounds normal. it's most likely your utuerus doubling in size over and over...or maybe you're having round ligament pain early. (I had it early on too.)

The only thing I'm worried about is the "just pinkish, barely" part of your title...is this your discharge? If so, you should contact your dr about it.
