A police officer once told my friend that in all of the suicide cases (hangings) he has seen, every person who has tried to hang him/herself has scratch marks digging into their throat, trying to stop the rope from hanging them (at the last minute) But it was too late. They all change their mind as they are about to die.. its not something that you want to do.

When you wake up each day, write a list of things you are grateful for in life. What talents do you have that no one else does? What special relationships HAVE worked out for you? Who loves you? Who depends on you?

People tend to forget these things in the hustle/bustle of life, but take a moment to slow down and reflect on the small blessings.

I'm sorry that you feel this way. Many ppl have been there, please beleive me that whatever is wrong is NOT permanent.

Love your life and throw your weak thoughts away.. zoom in the positive things in your life and don't let bad memories or incidents haunt you, they're already gone.. Think about your future and find your true self by cherishing every moment you live and acheiving the best.. make yourself proud of urself.. suicide is weakness and proving ones own ignorance about life and i dont think anybody will be happy to die this way..

You need to realize that your life is a gift from God. You need to try to be thankful for the things that you have. Try to seek happiness in the things that you have. No matter how bad things may get, you always know that you have a true friend in Jesus, and you should make an effort to seek him out. I cannot even begin to teel you the major difference of acceppting Christ into my life has made. I for many years suffered secretly of major, major depression and very low self esteem. I have just recently finally realized that in order for me to be happy, I need to realized what I have and thank God for it.
I am not a religious fanatic but it truly makes a major difference. Please seek comfort in the bible, or even the lyrics of contemporary Christian music, it can take you to many heights away from the thoughts that you are having.

This is nothing to play with. Seek help first. Then try to help others. Every life you touch should be richer. Mentor a child. Help at a nursing home. volunteer

Every morning , pray to be used of God and thank him for seeing another beautiful day

Be needed

Find someone that needs you.

Volunteer at a shelter,
Teach something at a community center
Hell, just feed the damn squirrels

Do something for others and your dark thoughts will ease

Pray alot!!! God works in mysterious way!! First, why do you feel this way? Think about what will happened to your love ones if you kill yourself. Do something that you enjoy doing and stick to it. Can you please seek professional help. I hope that you don't do anything stupid, because life is beautiful! I love it everyday that I am alive, talk to GOD, I am not trying to be religious fanatic, but I do talk to GOD. He is the very reason why I am still alive. Talking to him, sharing my problem, helps me cope with reality. Everytime I think about killing myself, I think about my 6 year old daughter; Who will take care of her when I die. I am sure you have someone special that you don't want to leave behind. Do you go to Church? Would talking to preacher perhaps help? I really don't want you to do anything harmful. Please seek advice, and talk to GOD alot. God bless you and GOD keep you safe!!!!

Get a puppy. Go to therapy. Read a book. Go to the beach. Do something that makes you happy.
