I like a lot of the answers iam getting so far unless you count the one by ??? but i bet I could beat him and to his answer no I actually would not have to drastically change my deck. My deck is based on levels. I have other cards that are not banned that I have put in and won 5 tournaments straight with so ha to ???

I enjoy a good challenge chris =)

Also If anyone has any suggestions on some cards that would also help my deck in a legal tournament let me know thanks =)

Oh my God,,, *Jaw Drops* There is no limit to the number of things wrong with this whole thing... But let me tell you why.

You must be aware that many, of your cards are now restricted. As such, I must rate your deck a 3/10.

However I never fail to give credit where credit is due, and if it were a perfect world, then it would be a 7/10.

I of coarse have to work under the assumption that your are trying to build a deck that you would only use against your friends, and not one that you would dare take to an organized dueling event.
With that in mind, let me continue.

Your deck lacks structure, and a basic principle that has been widely accepted by most players.

Try to limit the number of cards in your deck, take out the cards that are purely situational, and replace them with cards that are more vercitile.

Monsters such as Jinzo, and Black Luster/Chaos are great cards, however they just dont fit into this setup. And you will find that they are just one hit wonders.

Theres really not much more I can say.

I assume that you play by the Traditional Format seeing that you have so many banned cards. Alot of the cards in this is very random and doesn't fit. They are good cards but not for this deck. Unlike the other people, I will attempt to change it around but I don't play traditional so maybe I might be wrong about a few things. First of all, you have alot of useless light monsters. I know you need them fo rthe enovys but there are better choices. Use Mirage Dragons instead of the Shining Angel and the Mystic Swordsmans sinc ethey are not needed in your deck and very situational cards and your deck is extremely luck based on the right situations. Add in a Snatch Steal and take out Damage Condensor because you simply don't need it. Take out Horn of Heaven and Barrel Behind the Door because your deck once again doesn't need it. Take out Negate as well and add in 2 Sakeretsu Armors. Add in a Nobleman of Crossout as well. WHY ARE THE HORUS DRAGONS HERE? WHY?!!? They are definitely not for the traditional format. GET THEM OUT RIGHT AWAY!!! Needle Worm is NOT NEEDED in this deck. Snipe Hunter is not needed in the Traditional Format at all. Vortex is not needed in the traditional format either. It is only really useful when your opponent is mobbing you with monsters and your deck could handle that seeing you have Envoys in here. Add in a few Smashing Ground/Fissure instead. A hufe problem with this deck I see is that you will probably won't have alot of onsters on the field almost ever until mid or late game. I would personally add in a Night Asaillant. 2 or 3 Old Vindictive Magicians and 1 or 2 Apprentice Magicians to help get Darks in your graveyard, thin your deck, and help defend you. Whats a Chaos deck without Painful Choice? It helps thin out your deck and dumps a bunch of lights or darks in your Graveyard right away but it takes skill to use correctly so be careful. Get a Chaos Sorceror in the there too and no matter what, add a Sangan in there. Now that we sucessfully made it a real traditional Chaos deck, you could stop here unless you want to make a Chaos Return deck which includes adding Return From Different Demension to get back the cards your removed for your Chaos Monsters for one final beatdown. I know this is alot of changes but it would probably help your deck greatly. Have fun.

well some things are forbidden, I hate rating people's decks who are not in advanced format. Its not fair to people who actually play by the rules. It is a random card deck. you said your deck works off levels but i don't see that working. Yes you may win sometimes but for it to be a good deck it must be consistant on winning. I don't think its a bad deck but it could get better 6/10

3/10. Good cards but they should not all be in the same deck. If you went to a tournament you would have to drastically change your deck and then you would get killed. Simply put you are a rookie in denial.
