Don't know how that is possible considering you can't delete it off your desktop. There is no option to do it, a virus may have cleared it off your computer.

You really didn't delete your recycle bin you just can't see it try right clicking your desktop and click on arrange icons by, put your mouse on the word but don't click the words and a litter box will come out of the side and you may see Name, Size,Type And something else. Just click on name and your recycle bin should come back.

Ah, you're using Windows Vista, right? That's a change they've made...it is now totally possible to delete your recycle bin. Why, I don't know. Go figure.
BUT, don't panic, you can get it back.
Go to the start button (which no longer says start...another odd change) and click on "Control Panel". (It should be in the lower left.)
Click on "Appearance and Personalization".
Now click on "Personalization".
Once there, go over to the column on the left-hand side and click on "Change Desktop Icons".
A window will pop up (well, fade up--another Vista thing) showing your "Desktop Icon Settings". Put a check in the box next to "Recycle Bin".
Now your Recycle Bin should be safely back in place on your desktop.
Hope that helps!!

If you haven't shut down you computer or did stuff like copying and renaming and moving then just right click on the desktop and then click on "undo delete". If you did do the other stuff (other than shutting down or restarting) then you need to keep clicking on "undo *" till you get to delete.
