The door faces east, and there are trees behind it. It needs to be overhauled! It's a 2-seater, with no windows. The "NO LOITERING" has already been used. Thanks for your ideas!

There is the obvious: hang or paint a sign that says: No Illegal Dumping. But you could also paint the outhouse with a "faux" forest look to blend in with the trees behind it. To be funny you could "paint" the door ajar with a bear inside. Thus answering a question: Does a bear #%@* in the woods?" Just thought I would try a little humor. I think if I had one, I would hang a sign on it that says "come in, sit down, relax".

How about paint it like a doll house and add gingerbread cutouts and the traditional moon cutout for windows and add a sun cutout too. Or you can turn it into a london phonebooth(which would really be humorous to turn it into a phonebooth on the outside and keep it a toilet.) Or you can turn it into a busstop on the outside that would really be amusing since people use busstops and subways like that all the time.

they still have those things around?? all the ones i,ve used as a
kid were always white with black trimmings. I would cut a moon shaped crest into the door with a saber saw for ventilation. then
paint it yellow. paint the whole thing with white and black trimmings. paint some big flowers on the sides and around the front like daisy,s make the flowers yellow with red stems and green leaves. if you can, put a picket fence around the out house
and put a mail box out front but make a bird feeder out of it instead or bird house. it should look like it,s homely

I've always like the double decker outhouse myself. I checked the Internet and found many, many ideas...just type in outhouses and bingo! Sounds like a lot of fun...I'm a little jealous...Rick

Well, I had a ceramic cafe where people come to decorate ceramic and I wanted to do something different in the bathrooms... so I went downtown and found some really great grafitti artists.... you can find some in youth centers easily... They did both the men's and women's bathrooms in wild grafitti.... It was fantastic! We got soooooo many compliments. And they can even do theme stuff! They did women stuff in the women's bathroom and men's in the men,s. It was great!
