1.Some web pages provide a link to a printer-friendly version of the web site. Look for this link usually at the very top or bottom of the web page you wish to print. Click the link to open the printer-friendly version and print the page as you normally would.

2.Switch from Portrait to Landscape orientation in the driver settings. Follow the steps below to do this.

In Internet Explorer click File, then Print. This opens the Print window.

If using Windows 98 or ME, click on Properties to bring up the Properties window. Under the Basics tab, find Orientation and select Landscape.

NOTE: For printers that do not have a Basics tab, the Orientation options are under the Setup tab.

Click Print.

3.To keep a portrait orientation, reduce the size of the font on the web site you wish to print. To do this, follow the steps below.

In Internet Explorer, click View, then Text Size.

In the Text Size menu choose a smaller text size.

4.Change the page margins in Internet Explorer from .75 inch to the smallest setting allowed by your printer. For more information on minimum allowed margins, see the User's Guide that came with your printer.

Open Internet Explorer.
Click File, and then Page Setup.
In the Page Setup dialog box that displays, under Margins, change the right margin setting to the smallest margin allowed by you printer.

nicely, you're able to try this. spotlight in elementary terms what you desire to print. Then on your internet browser menu bar, %: record --> Print in the print communication, % to in elementary terms print the determination. This often works. yet another factor that I do is bypass in the browser to record --> website Setup (this is it in Firefox, internet Explorer says something comparable, i'm advantageous) and prefer to print "panorama" rather of "portrait" this might use somewhat greater paper, besides the fact that if it solves my problems. sturdy success!

Okay, hun what ended-up happening was when it says to shake it a bit, before putting it in, it ended-up leaking out a tad, and that's why there's a stripe on all of your papers... I had ordered some ink online once, and it ended-up not being compatible with my printer, and I did everything it said to do including shaking it, and there was ink there, dripping on my hand. but it wasn't the right kind, and I just ended-up getting some more at "Staples" and replaced it, with there's, and sent the other ink back to the people I ordered it from online.. I would just go and buy the one that leaks, and replace just the one.. there only about $10.00-$15.00 by theirselves.. And you can get them alone, you do realize that, right? Yep, you sure can. And I would do it soon, just in case it end's up dripping all over your printer and may end-up causing you other problems later on, for not replacing it........ So, just save your "Confederate" and get you another replacement cartridge, instead.. Just to play it safe, you know.. Good Luck, to you hun!! Smile, it'll work out, just dont shake the next one but a tad, you know, to be "Safe"...

I have the exact same problem. The only way I get around it is to change the Page Setup to Landscape.

Check the nozzle on your printer, it might be clogged or mabe you need it to get another. You might also want to check if the ink is running out.
