now its 10pm an just the tip of it feels numb.. i can still feel it but it feels wierd...should i go to the hospital or wait it out...

Don't want to sound rude, but that's funny! Did you get bitten by something? Is it burnt? Did you have trauma to it somehow?
I wouldn't think you need the ER as long as the circulation looks OK. Like it's not blue or nothing, is it? Is your nailbed OK? Meaning it's not blue or dusky? ER probably wouldn't do much if there is no reason for it, at least not tonight, or you had circulation problems.

At this point, you may want to consult a physician. It could be diabetes, nerve damage, poor circulation, or NOTHING at all. Either way, it's always good to know for sure.

Um...you probably have a blood clot, or poor circulation. Go to the hospitle.
