At what age under Oregon State Law can a child be left home alone to care for younger siblings?

All states are different. Here in Ohio, the age is 13. But, you are still responsible for everything that happens when your gone.

I don't feel the law should have anything to do with it, parents should know when their child should be responsible enough to be left at home alone. Keeping in mind anything that happens is the parents responsibility
