I guess, but I would sure let mine. No offense, but you must have some kind of freaky relationship, becuase this is the first time hearing this. It's her birthday anyways.

I think it depends on how well you know her. Of course you would have to know her size. It is better to get a girlfriend something in the jewelry line, but that's my feelings on the issue, and it doesn't have to be expensive jewelry. I don't think I would want a dress or swimsuit from a date. It would be fine from a husband or someone I live with, but not just a date.
Also, something from the world of "crafts' is ok. It's a hard call. Only you know the person who you are dating and I don't want to put you off on something that you may know better.

If you think that she would look good in the swimsuit and appreciate it, then I'd go with it. We send out swimwear gifts all the time at our online swimwear store, Tropi-Ties. It would show her that you appreciate her beautiful body that she probably works hard at to keep in shape. That being said, you may want to get some hints as to what style, or label she prefers before you buy it.

stick with the dress not the swim suit. she will love the dress because you went and actually picked out something nice for her instead of looking at bikinis. good luck!!
