i ve been looking online and can only see them for sale in the usa but unfortunately they do not ship to the uk , can anyone help?

You can make it! Go to your child's school and ask for the following- a long sentence strip, tag board and a piece of colored construction paper of your choice. Cover(glue) the tag board and sentence strip with the construction paper. Measure your child's head with the sentence strip, cut and staple to size. Cut a square out of the tag board/construction paper ( a size that is proportioned to your child's head). Carefully glue (strong type glue) on top of sentence strip. Let dry. for a while, maybe overnight. Add a tassel made out of yarn to the top
