How many people have made friends from answering/asking questions on Yahoo! Answers?

Hello Dee,
I have several "contacts" and several "fans", emailed some
through YahooAnswers, but other than that, no face-to-face
contacts to call "friends". But, hey!! You gotta start some-
where, right? Perhaps one or more of my contacts or email
"pen pals" will eventually become friends. Who knows??

Hi. Dee, I saw that no-one yet had answered the question about the book.

I've never made friends via internet. Some people find it a great place to meet people and others don't. For me internet is not a great place for making friends because I really need to see the other person "in life" for this. But I do hear stories of some finding their life-long partner via internet.

Another problem with making friends via internet in general is that you don't really know who the other person is. The person you thought was a man may turn out to be a woman. The person you thought was a child may turn out to be a adult. This can make the internet extremely unsafe. You should never give personal information (name, address) to anyone you meet on internet.

You can make friends on Yahoo! Answers but make sure it stays anonymous.

I have made some friends...but only via the web...not any that I have met and gotten close with in person....

But, doing yahoo answers has helped me to learn someone that I know better...

i made a wonderful friend by answering his question and trust me friends are not easy to find.but the fact is they could be just anywhere all we have to do is keep our eyes wide open and keep searching.
