anyone who knows a company or agency that could help me process my papers to australia prefarably on melbourne on a pay later plan...i want to but i do not have resources right know

There are immigration consultants around (check www.yellowpages.com.au) but you should be able to do your own papers, they're not difficult.

Also, agents are unlikely to wait until later for their money.
