I love The Office, and one of the things that keeps that show great is the awesome tension between Jim and Pam because they obviously like each other. We all want them to get together...but what happens once they do? Will the show go downhill because now that burning little question is resolved?

Also....what do you think will happen next episode? Think Roy is really going to try to kill Jim?

Well Karen is leaving the show at the end of this season (she got a pilot for her own show on Fox), so I am sure they will use the Roy thing to stir up enough Jim/Pam drama to break up Jim and Karen and cause her to quit Dunder Mifflin. But I don't think they should actually get Jim and Pam together yet (as much as I would love to see it). I don't think it should happen till the very last episode. They are great pining for each other, but to perfect as a couple to be entertaining to watch. Now Jan/Micheal and Kelly/Ryan... HILARIOUS couples. I hope they don't go anywhere.

Did you see the BBC version? Tim and Dawn (Brit version of Jim and Pam) didn't even get together when the show ended. It went off the air for 2-3 years and then they came back for a holiday special. They FINALLY got together (in the last 5 minutes) in the special.

I think, that if they did get married, what's her name would do something (the one Jim's dating right now). I think she'd quit or something and then Jim would try to keep her there. Something has to happen if they got together. I missed the last episode so I'm not really sure about Roy.

I think the show will be over soon after. I don't think they should have messed with there relationship in the first place!

I would hope all this romantic-sub-plot stuff would fade more into the background ... it's a great comedy, not a soap opera!
