It might be Herpes or a yeast infection, if you have been sexually active then go to a doctor there are some pills you can take to get rid of the Herpes symptoms.
If you have or have not been sexually active - then it is perhaps a yeast infection and you can buy medicine for that over the counter at drug stores. Monistat is the name of the medicine for yeast infections.
It may also be genital warts, in which case that is a whole different treatment and you must see a doctor as soon as possible.
Keep you hands off the spot as you can spread it. Wash your hands well.
Ask the doctor about perhaps getting the new HPV immunization for yourself.

I am very sorry to say it sounds like herpes you need to see your doctor, Al-tho there is no cure for herpes there is medication that you can take to limit out breaks, and it will get rid of the pain. because it is pain full, The longer you put it off the more recurrences you will have, and the more sores you will have. Good luck AND YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS

Go to the DR to make sure that you dont have genital warts. They usually group together and spread quickly.

Could be one of 2 things...
Could be hair pulls, especially if you wear lots of tight jeans OR
Could be vulval candidiasis...a yeast infection 'out there'.

It is definitely an std. Could be the beginning of herpes or vaginal warts or a yeast infection. See your gyn and abstain from any sex (if sexually active) in the meantime.

you should seek medical attention immediately. I, personally, suspect gential warts or something simple like that. Otherwise, it might be an STD.
Go get checked.
