I started using the NuvaRing on the first day of my menstrual cycle. My periods are normally two days long. When the 2nd day had passed and I was still bleeding, I figured it was because of the NuvaRing and my body getting use to the hormones. When I reached day 4 of bleeding, I decided to take the NuvaRing out completely. I bled for a total of Nine days. That was last month. This month my period was suppose to come on the 13th, as it normally does, but there was nothing. And it is still nothing with it now being the 17th. Could this be because of the NuvaRing?

It could be. I use NuvaRing and the first month I darn near gave it up. I had my period on and off all month and had headaches. Both are common side effects. The second month my period was a little late.
I've been using it around 6 months now and love it. I choose when and if to have my period. This month after removing the ring, my period took several days to start, even knowing about the way the ring works, I was worried! But it did come and was normal. You should be fine, though if it doesn't come in a few more days and you have been sexually active, I'd recommend a pregnancy test.
By the way, by removing the ring, that's what caused your period to run longer last month. When you stop the pill or the ring, your body withdraws from the hormones and causes a 'withdrawal' period.
