You could try "Proactive." You could call the # on your T.V. screen to try "Proactive," I bet there's a guarantee. Jessica and Kelly (famous young women) tried it themselves on those commercials, they may be telling the truth.

Several things... your skin is a reflection of what is going on internally.. check your diet. Drink tons of water!!!
If you wear makeup, chose products that are non-comedigenic... they will not clog your pores. Most important.. wash your face before bed everynight. Do NOT sleep with makeup on.. the worst thing you can ever do for your skin. And.. use a facial treatment with ALPHA HYDROXY ACID. Clean and Clear has a product I swear by whenever my skin is acting up.. it's called Dual Action Moisturizer. Give it a try and good luck!!!

I find that blackhead scrub works the best for me .. but everyone is different. I know how zits suck; I have a ton of scars on my chin and cheek and I have this CYST-thing that won't go away.
Don't forget to exfoliate. It'll scrape off all those dead skin cells and prevent them from clogging your pores.

Neutrogena advanced solutions works pretty well for me. I wash my face in the morning and at night and there's a zit cream to apply for overnight, and then there's a lotion to apply for during the day.

do not pop them.. thats the best way.
make sure you wash your face twice daily (try proactive or a panoxyle bar. i use a panoxyle face soap bar with the proactive astringent and an avon moistureizer day and night, it works very well.)
and try to live a healthier lifestyle (eat right and excercise)
hope this helps!

I use proactiv, and it works very well.
While you're waiting for your facial medication or w/e to work, try to get a good concealer and foundation to keep those blemishes a natural skin color instead of red.
good luck.
