Street wheels are usually smaller in diameter and slightly softer wheels. So, your abilities will be comparable, possibly slightly enhanced.

The difference is slight if at all, the reason is it is the rider, not the product that makes the difference. A board can definitely make you better but that is between a Variflex and a pro-board.

Just practice, practice practice and then you will see, it's the rider, not his/her board/equipment that makes the difference!

the only diffrence in wheels are the size you get..Street wheels run normaly smaller then your vert size wheels as for me i skate street and parks and i normaly ride a 54 size wheel but when i skate street normaly i get a little smaller wheel...wheels will not help you do tricks or ollie higher thats all up to you and for going faster the bigger the wheel the better as you wont get hit by a rock and fly 50 feet when your bombing a hill or something else and bigger wheels can help you out in ways when going faster but the bearings are what you need to look at for speed get some abec 5 bearings as they are smoother and a faster bearing...

I used to skate and most of the speed depends on the bearings not the wheels so you might want to check the bearings. Ollies have to do with the type of deck not the wheels.

"street wheels" are just wheels that are usually harder and smaller. "Pool wheels" or "cruising wheels" are usually soft and larger. So you can tell if you have street wheels if they are small and hard. Most people are able to ollie higher with street wheels because they are closer to the ground and they are much lighter.

KEEP SKATIN
