I have about 20 spread out small red bumps on the bottom of my left breast and a small patch of discoloration about half an inch in length and width that's kind of peeling. it's not itchy or irratiating, and it doesn't hurt. What is it? and I'm 14 years old.

I'm not sure but it doesn't sound good. You should talk to a parent or guardian and get yourself an appointment with your family physician just to be on the safe side. You should never take chances when it comes to your health.

It sounds like an allergic reaction. Ask your parents to take you to the Dr.

I heard recently of a woman with similar symptoms and the cause was very serious, indeed. Please have someone take you to your doctor.
