burning problem?

i just bought a maxell dvd-r i was going to burn a file to it but nero does not let me it shows my driver but when i try to click it i can't please help file really important

Choose another program?

Are you making sure you're using the right drive if you have more than one CD drive?

Check to see if that is compatible, with your DVD burner.
