For me my brother told me about it and he said it is a very good site. When i went to Y!A the 1st time i was having a very good time and my brother wasn't wrong at all :D

It was required that I use Yahoo Instant Messenger to communicate with my supervisors and company owners for my job & when I looked down in the bottom of the IM window, there was a question down there that could be answered if you clicked on it and I did !!! Ever since then, I have been here.

Well ya know where on Yahoo home page it has the little sentence what tha person is asking? Well one day after I first had yahoo email (when I first got my computer), I saw that question, so I clicked on it, and I've been coming to it everyday ever since.

I saw it advertised on another Yahoo site so I just clicked on it and spent the next three hours looking around. I love it!!! Ive gotten magnets sent to me and Ive talked to some really interesting people with interesting ideas

I was at Yahoo! Help Central and asked a question. They did not have any answer and suggested I use Yahoo!Answers. So I did. No one on Yahoo!Answers had an answer either. So, I figured I better stay and help find answers to questions like mine.

I found it on my own. I actually asked a serious question about a legal issue for a friend of my who's having a hard time. Didn't come back on for awhile, and then I asked another question, and I've been here ever since.

For me, I used yahoo to ask a question or do research about something instead of google and at the bottom was a bunch of 'yahoo answers' so I clicked one and bam!!!! I was hooked!! lol
