Can you get pregnant on your first time having sex? My BF said you can't, but I'm not sure. Help!

Well obviously people have made it clear that you can get pregnant the first time you have sex. But to clear up what that other girl said, using a condom does not guarantee that you won't get pregnant. Nothing is a sure thing- same with birth control.

Honey that is a very old line. Of course you can get pregnant your first time. It sounds like your bf is trying to rush you into making a decision, don't believe a word out of his mouth. Look up the information on the web, talk to your doctor, but don't fall for his line of bull.

YES, you can get pregnant on your first time. I have a friend and she did get pregnant on her first time of having sex.

YES!!!You can get pregnant your first time, your second time your third...etc. PLEASE believe me on this one. I worked at a Crisis Pregnancy Center for two years and saw girls every day who fell for this line!! Also, don't believe a guy that uses any of these other lines: I'll pull out early. You won't get pregnant if you wear a swimsuit, etc. Please consider abstinence until you enter into a monogamous marriage..it's the only truly safe sex.
BTW: there are other good reasons to abstain or at least wear a condom besides pregnancy. Human papilloma virus for one. AIDS for two. and there are plenty more reasons where those came from. Please protect yourself and your future fertility health. Check the phone book for Preg centers near you. They'll give you answers confidentially even over the phone.

Your boyfriend is so full of it. He just said that so that you would have sex with him. YES, YES, YES, you can get pregnant your first time. You can even get pregnant before you start your very first period- thats rare, but it has happened.

If you don't know enough about sex to know that you can get pregnant the first time...you shouldn't be having sex in the first place..better yet, wait till you're married.

Lol of course you can get pregnant your first time, his sperm and your egg don't really care how experianced you are. Which is why if you're going to be sexually active always protect yourself against stds,and pregnancies. After having unprotected sex you should go to your local clinic and see if you are pregnant and if you have contracted anything.

Your BF is wrong. You can get pregnant on your first time. I think your bf was telling you that so you would have sex with him, If you do not mind me being upfront with you= please abstain. Even on birth control you can get pregnant sometimes. If you bf really loves you he will understand.

Of course you can! Don't listen to all these people telling you to use protection. I hope I am not contradicting myself, but use protection just know that NOT ALL CONDOMS WORK. Don't have sex with him until you are absolutely sure you WANT to raise a child with him and that you are absolutely sure you LOVE him. Good luck:)
