Most predators of mosquitoes are generalists, and the fact that mosquitoes are very abundant in some areas gives certain animals titles that they don't really deserve. As Crazy carabid mentioned even crane flies were given the name mosquito killers and very few are actually predatory. Dragonflies on the other hand do a pretty good job eating mosquitoes, but they are not specific to only them, they feed on any type of flying insects, from black flies, to moths, to wasps, bees and even smaller dragonflies. Although there is no true mosquito eaters, many other insects and many other animals in general would not pass up the chance to eat one if they can!

Hope this helps!

If by mosquito eater you are referring to crane flies (family Tipulidae), http://bugguide.net/node/view/62357/bgimage which look lie overgrown mosquito. It is a common misconception that they feed on mosquito, actually they aren't even predatory so yes they can survive without eating mosquito. The adults feed on nectar if nothing at all and the larvae feed on plant material and some species are actually crop pests.
