YES AS LONG AS ITS CARB CERTIFIED. IF ITS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY IT WILL CAUSE A LOSS OF HORSEPOWER AND TORQUE. REMEMBER YOUR FACTORY SYSTEM PROB. PULLS AIR FROM THE FENDER OR THROUGH THE GRILL WHICH IS A LOT COOLER THAN THE HOT AIR FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. SO DONT GET A "COLD AIR INTAKE" THATS TRUELY A HOT AIR INTAKE YOULL FOR SURE LOOSE POWER ITS A WASTE OF MONEY THERE ARE COMPANIES THAT MAKE COLD AIR KIT FOR MOST CARSTHAT DRAW COOL OUTSIDE AIR AND HAVE GREAT VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY. DYNO TEST PROVE THAT MOST "COLD AIR KITS" HURT YOUR POWER BUT IF YOU GET A GOOD ONE YOULL PAYFOR IT BECAUSE YOU CANT PUT TECHNOLOGY INTO CHEAP STUFF . GET A TRUE COLD AIR KIT AND BUILD SOME POWER!!!

Absolutely.
Cold air and hot fuel will give you better performance because you'll get a more efficient fuel burn, better fuel burn means better emissions.
As long as you don't get a huge super charger sticking out of your hood that restricts you view, you should be OK.
