You market will be familys that want to protect the children from going into the pool. Poolguards, Childsafe pool fences, POOLSafe. That would be good for the pool end of it.

Without knowing your name: people like to identify with a small business, so maybe your surname then pool fencing; slogan below to include budget prices and safety. Logo with kids/safety/fencing... Hope this helps, good luck...
