Hailey Sierra because to me, it sounds more like a girls name. If your looking for a name thats not TOO common, go for Jordan Sierra.

Hailey would be my choice for sure. It sounds more feminine than Jordan, and is also gender specific. Jordan, being unisex, could be mistaken for a boy on paper. It could also create problems when somebody asks 'What's the baby's name?", when they are trying to determine the gender of the baby politely.
Hailey also has a prettier nickname than Jordan. A girl called Hailey could go by 'Lee' for short, whereas a girl called Jordan, could only go by 'Jordy'.
You could also try to pick what names sounds better with your last name, or you could go with the less popular name.
Sierra is a gorgeous name, and a great choice BTW! It's great to see somebody using a middle name that isn't commonly used.

Jordan Sierra. I know some people think it's only a boy's name but it flows more better than Hailey Sierra. If you feel bad about it, you can add another "n" so u like Jordann. You can nickname her Ann.
