Why are many iranians like this?

swindling,non-complimentary,selfish and always want something for nothing?

Let's see I know a total of.....
16 Iranians and NONE of them are like that.

In fact all 16 have different personalities and have nothing in common except their nationality.
It's almost like....they're people or something.......weird, huh?
