Is there an oline service for keeping passwords/serial #s, etc.?

And if so, is it safe? I'm looking for a solution to keep my MANY passwords, serial numbers, logins, etc. safe but accessible from anywhere. I've used standalone software for years but it means I have to have two database sets (work and home) and it seems like I always need the one I'm not using at the time.

create txt file. then rar it up with a password then sent it to a private email address.

So keep it on a USB Pen drive and keep it with you.
