hes definitely trying to get your attention. If you like him back, show him by complimenting his abs and flirting. If he back off, then you'll know he was just showing brotherly love (he trusts you and enjoys your company)... but if he starts flirting a lot or talks to you/about you to his friends a lot... then you know he likes you a little more than a friend ; )
