Primary sources are sources that are eyewitnesses to an event. For example, a confederate soldier who wrote a letter home to his wife about being in a battle would be a primary source about that battle. An old person that you interview in person about what it was like living during World War II would be a primary source. Most primary sources are documents, such as historical texts. A modern history book would NOT be a primary source, because it is just somebody today writing their impression about the past. A good historian will read primary sources, and they are the best information.

No, you cannot search the internet using .org to find primary sources. Choose your topic and search also using the term primary source "and" your topic of interest.

A primary source would be something that shows that person documenting it was there when it happened. Something like a diary or a video recording or an audio from that person who was at that event. Things like textbooks, wikipedia and biographies ( books about people written by other people) are called secondary sources.
Usually the internet isn't the best place for primary sources.
