Yes, best player on the best team.

If nash wasn't around yes. Nash makes the whole team better to win, while still having the ability to win games, 10 points to force overtime agaisnt dallas. Nash is also the go to guy on the second best team when the game is on the line. Dirk didn't do any favours agaisnt the suns, missing free throws, and a game tying shot, while his team mate terry forced into the second overtime. Nash carries the suns on his back by making everyone better. Dirk carries the mavs on his back while not making his team mates better, terry howard and stackhouse create their own offense, while nash creates the offense for himself and the team. Being on the best team doesn't make you MVP, the suns without nash, are not half the team they are with him. Without Dirk the mavs are still a good team, not champions but still good.

Not Me...Yes he has put up good numbers and yes, they Mav's are great...but even though i hate to admit it, Steve Nash should get MVP before Dirk.

Yea, Dirk can take you inside and outside, but Nash just cant be stopped. Honestly, when they was playing the other night, who would you say did better? Nash...16 assists! I'm come on...thats what the L needs, someone who can shoot, play D, PASS, and he makes his team A LOT better.

if it was the best player award it would be him but its Most Valuable Player award and that he is not. Nash is by far the MVP he makes everyone better. Without him the suns would be looking at maybe a 7 or 8 seed. Dallas without dirk would be ok prolly 2 or 3

YES!!! definitely!!!! now that suns also lost twice in a row, the bad things that dirk did to lose those games against warriors and suns kinda erased because nash also didnt lead to victories!!!!!! again, dirk got the advantage to the mvp race!!!!!!!!!!!

Considering that he has put up very good numbers and has been winning. I think it's a no-brainer. To answer your question, I goddamn disagree.=)
