Yeah, happens more often than you think. Some call it premonition (seeing future events when you dream). My weirdest doesn't even seem real. I dreamed that 1. I was in a dark tunnel w/ a bright light and noise at the end; 2. near the light there was a box w/ blinking red lights on it; 3. I was wearing the ugliest shoes and blue dress w/ red flowers I had ever seen; 4. A big guy that looked like a lumberjack w/ plumber's crack walked by me carrying a boulder; and 5. an old man w/ a beard was chewing on my dress. Unbelievably this came true a few weeks later as I was cast in a touring version of "Porgy and Bess". All of these things were 1. backstage at the show, 2. the lighting box for the stage, 3. costuming, 4. a stagehand moving a paper mache prop, 5. (the best) the show's GOAT actually eating my costume.

Well, with the lightning and the crying, I think it's just your mind trying to come up with a possible explanation for what's happening to you in your dream. You woke up stiff, so your mind may have percieved it as lightning striking you in your dream.
With the dreams that came true, it could be pure coincidence. Or maybe you're clairvoyant? o.O
Anyway, I haven't had that kind of thing happen exactly. I get a deja vu event sometimes. I dreamt I was in a subway tunnel once, and I went to Paris a while later, and the subway tunnels looked exactly the same as the one in my dream. Some of my dreams have been ridiculously impossible. For example, I've dreamt that I was kissing a girl. Which I doubt will happen any time soon. If anything, it's not happening in the next 4 years, I doubt it would. Anyway, it's probably pure coincidence, or insanity, for me. You could possibly be clairvoyant... Who knows?

Basically, in your life there are a number of events that can happen on any given day. When you sleep your mind runs through the variables like a "mixer."
When you dream you are usually dreaming about something that you think may happen or you are dreaming about something that you want to happen or that you fear will happen.
Most of the time though dreams are not easily to interpret, so it is hard to tell what you are dreaming about.

Yes I have. I dreamed that there was a 10 dollar note under the couch and when I looked the next day it was there. Also when I was in primary school I had lost my recorder after my school camp. A week later i dreamed it was in a bag in the shed so i had a look and it was there

I never do.. but my wife has had some really vivid dreams that came true. She dreamed once that she had died, and that it wasn't really all that bad... and she talked to a friend of hers later about it and her friend told her that maybe it was God's way of showing her that death wasn't so bad. It was either that day or the day after that her friend was killed by a drunk driver, they hit head on... her and her daughter died at the scene.
She also dreamed about a tornado hitting really close to our house one night... and one did.
I wish she would have good dreams that came true... like of us winning the lottery or something.

sort of...even in spite of the shown fact that it is little issues, like some thing that somebody asks me or some thing I see. it is like deja-vu, so it is totally attainable that I in no way quite dreamt it and my concepts in basic terms in spite of the shown fact that I did. different than that no, yet I want I did
