Since it's a movie, it cannot be nominated for the Grammys as Best Picture, it could in the Best Soundtrack category.
It's actually a really good film and is nothing like I've ever seen before. It could make the short-list for Best Picture at the end of the year, but I don't know if it would make it. The last picture close to "300" was "Gladiator" which one Best Picture in 2000, so it is possible. It all depends on what movies come out closer to the end of the year and how the Academy feels about the movie.

It depends on what you think is good. If you liked the look of "Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow," then you might tolerate the CGI backgrounds a bit more than I did. The story and action really drive this movie and if you like violence then this is the movie for you.
Best Picture Grammy? Maybe but I would doubt it since there is no catagory for that in the Grammies. The Oscar for Best Picture is definitely not a possiblity; but it might win for Best Animated Feature.

Movies don't win Grammies. I definitely think it could win best picture at the Oscars.

did it have really good music in it ? :D(grammys are music awards)
it would win my award though for really hot guys in speedos hahaha :P
actually i would give that movie a b rating...not good enough for a really big award/best pic....cause the movie didnt really have that ooomp too it....that little oomph! especially with that whore queen...the fighting was nice...yet the head chopping part with the head floating up in slow mo was dum :P
