His last song was "I can't hate you anymore" right? Last time I checked he didn't make any songs and his last song wasn't recently made. How come he isn't making new songs with companies? After him and jessica broke up all of his songs were so depressing. Does anybody know what happened?

In 2006 Nick Lachey became a one-third owner and active investor in the Tacoma Rainiers baseball franchise in Tacoma,WA , the Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners.
He is focused on one of his projects.
He is also going to be touring the united states soon and if that isn't enough he is trying to help his girlfriend vanessa minnilo with her singing album. they've been seen at industry parties trying to get her name out there.

right now i heard that he was currently in the studio recording new songs. i think its coming out sometime this summer.
