I think the easiest thing to do without using up any precious elbow grease is just bump into another car the same color as your's. It works for me...

rubbing compound should remove the paint

Buff it out with a polishing compound(not rubbing compound).

wash the car, use 1500 grit ultrafine.....until paint transfer is gone...then use medium grit polish....and fine grit....then hit it with glaze to finish off the paint.....you may then want to do your whole car...as it will look weird with one nice shiny spot.....
