Hey, what a coincidence.... I do...no joke!
My ear is blocked by compacted wax (yes, gross I know!) and therefore I hear a high pitch buzzing...it's sooooo annoying.
Must have it syringed soon!!!

yeah, if there's no outside noise, I hear a weird ringing or buzzing noise in my ear.

Some people do. If it gets very loud it's called tinnitus/titinitus (sorry, not sure of the spelling)

sometimes, then I raise that hand, like I am in a hearing test. It works, makes it go away
