A lot of colours go well with pale yellow, such as almost any green and most blues.
You might find a jacket in a green and yellow pattern like stripes or polka dots (since the dress is old fashioned, these 2 patterns would suit the style).
Go with plain white for the summer and black for the winter, add some jewellry in the same shades.

There's always white, but if you don't want to go with that, then a soft pink or green sweater might look nice with it. if the dress is pale stick with pastel colors.

white quarter sleeve type jacket. I saw one once and it wasn't excatly a sweater, but it wasn't jean either. Even though it's not color, it will look pretty!

Kudos on the dress! It sounds SUPER cute! I'd definitely try a shorter jacket with puffy sleeves....keep it Audrey Hepburn-esque. And put your hair in a french roll. And wear liquid liner and pink glossy lips. You WILL be Audrey Hepburn. Anyway, check out these jackets from Forever 21...they'd probably work and if you don't like them they have tons more cute ones!

confident a white belt could be very lovable. or perhaps in basic terms an elementary white ribbon could be valuable, with somewhat bow. or you ought to place somewhat cardigan over it and button it up and which will supply it some shape too.

a black cropped jacke will do the trick, but you can play arund with tweed and gray tones.
