How are you going to define that? We have been well into global warming for over 10,000 years.
The whole system which affects climate is so much more intricate than the Chicken Littles of Global Warming will admit to a newspaper, that there is no way to predict what will happen in any particular location.
As the UN report says, there is more to global warming than can be attributed by natural sources by themselves. (This means man is only a contributor to global warming -- NOT THE CAUSE!).

The same as now. Almost all people live within a days walk of the ocean. Where most people want to live will be the most valuable land. If you can guess where the coast line will be, then go for that, water front property is usually a premium. As a geologist, i don't predict any substantial rise in sea level, but then i didn't see the "movie" either.

We will all be dead by the time global warming really affects us if it does. Global warming is a natural process that is usually followed by cooling or another ice age. If we have increased the effects of global warming it still will not be anything fast or as extreme as "The day after tomorrow" or Al Gore would have you believe.

I kinda think anywhere below the Equator and further on down because if i'm not mistaken, global warming will put a hole in the ozone layer which will start at the North Pole and melt the ice caps. So i'm thinking the furtherest away from the North Pole would be the safest!
