There is no way to enlarge your penis after puberty. There are medical procedures that will enlarge it, but also distort the appearance most likely. The pills are all just a crock of s***t, they are just herbs found in a pantry that people put together and say that it will enlarge your penis. But they don't, the creators are men who know how insecure they are about their penis and how much they would pay to have a "miracle pill" but they are all phony. The pumps cause severe damage to you penis and make you have irreversible ED at an early age, and the stretchers and weights cause severe damage as well.

Why worry about how big your penis is? Just know how to use it... the average penis is like five inches and both gay guys and straight women alike will tell you that five inches is plenty to satisfy them. I'm sorry to break the news to you, but there is no way to permanently enlarge your penis.

There is a penile augmentation surgery wherein a tendon is cut connecting the penis to the pelvis so that it will hang lower and thus add an inch or two, but the penis remains the same size as it always was before when erect- it only looks bigger when hanging flaccid. It's ridiculously expensive for what it truly is- a vanity, cosmetic surgery. You can also increase the girth of your penis with the injection of fat (sort of reverse liposuction), but this ultimately seems to end badly for most, since no one can predict where the fat will distribute, and many patients get an awful result best titled 'lumpy penis'. Both methods leave something to be desired.

Every other method to increase penis size is temporary, and doesn't, in fact, enlarge the penis, but simply speeds up the process. Pumps work the same way as your body does, bringing blood to the penis, but just at hyperspeed and with a lot of force, so you get the maximum bang for your buck. But of course the erection, and subsequent largeness, will go away, leaving you the same size as always.

Don't be sucked in to any advertisements- creams and pills don't work. There is no magical, miracle cure to make your penis naturally grow, elsewise I imagine we'd have a lot of horse-hung men walking around.

My advice to you is to worry less about your penis size and more about how to be a better lover with what you've already got. If you truly want to add more length, you can always invest in a 'penis sleeve' that adds inches over your erection for deeper penetration into your partner. But that's about it.
