Well, I am showing some age here. A song......... "Blue" from the '70s by Joni Mitchell. Kind of a sad haunting, but lovely song. One of my favorites.

Blue as in Blue's Clues--annoying and boring (then again, I'm not like 3 years old)
Blue as an imaginary friend--even more annoying (wth did Mack have to make that infernal pest?)
Blue as a color--I'm afraid that it's just so common that it does nothing for me.
The moral of the story--Be more specific!
