i have been hearing that it was a bad movie and i have been hearing its a good movie. is it a good movie?is it scary?what would u rate it 1-10 10 being the best

I love this movie and I recommend it to everyone I know. Very interesting, and worth watching. I'd give it an 8.
When I first started watching it, I thought it was a little slow. The twist in the story is what makes the movie. Since it's about a man who meets a teenager on the internet, you kind of assume what might happen. You definitely have to watch the entire movie. The ending was the best part. Very unusual, but a B-movie worth watching.
