I have the opportunity to become a part time youth pastor without a college degree in the church I am a member of. I am wondering what the usual rate of pay is for this.

It varies all over the map, depending on the church. Ask them how much the pay would be. Unless it's a huge, solidly financed church, don't expect it to be a lot. Good luck.

At my church you don't get paid in finances. It's all in blessings from the Lord.

It would be in your best interest to be direct and ask what the salary is. If not you may be waisting your time and theirs if it is not something that does not meet your affordability. Good luck
