I have heard stories of the occasional flurries and sometimes inch of snow falling in the 10,000 feet central mountains of the Dominican Republic. Is this true?

snow falls on the highlands of Hawaii as well. a simple matter of physics, temperatures below 32 degrees and high ocean humidity generating clouds.

it must be true. At 10,000 feet that is very much possible even if they are on the equator. Temperatures at 10000 feet are very low.

first off, GO FLORIDA!!! I got them going all the way in my best bracket.

Second of all, I definitely think it would be possible in winter time with an extremely cold storm system.
