Yeah I feel your pain because I was in the same situation last summer so I went newport-news.com. Their bathing suits aren't as glamorous as VS's but they have some nice padded bikini tops

Try Victorias Secret or Newport News they both sell bikinis and both sell padded tops and sell tops and bottoms seperately. VC is going to be more expensive, but you get what you pay for. You will get a better product, one that will last longer and one that will fit you better. Personally, when it comes to a bathing suit i do not like to scrimp on paying for it. It's bad enough to have to be seen in a bathing suit, even if you have a good body it can show off your worst parts, so I figure this is the time to spend the money, get a suit that works to your advantages. I realize that money is an issue, but if you get a good suit it will last for more than one year. I have a few suits that I spent a lot on and they are about 5 or more years old. They are simple, so no style issue. The cheaper ones sort of gave out in the elastic, you can actually see through the elastic on the bottoms. Think about what I've said and then take a look at what is out there. I'm not saying you should go for the way mega bucks ones, but try for the medium priced ones.

See i do no longer choose padding in my tops, yet jointly as i've got been procuring i've got observed that almost everywhere has padded push up tops. Hollister, Pacsun, shops like that. they don't seem to be inevitably low-priced yet they don't seem to be loopy high priced. additionally in case you go away close to a Ron John (i think of this is the call) Surf shop, they have reallllyyyy push up padded ones.

Well, I don't buy bikinis, but you could probably get one like you described at Target or Kohls. Maybe Old Navy or Gap.
Hope this helps.
P.S. These bikinis in these stores will probably have them for less than 35 dollars.
