When I push down the turn signal on my Audi for 1 second (not enough to turn it 'ON') it flashes 3 times and then shuts off. It's intended for lane changes, I suppose.

Many '07 Chryslers do it to, but I'd like to retrofit my '06 Durango. Any suggestions?
