I was wondering how you would pronounce that. Do you say "ex ex ex holic"? Or just Holic?

I think it's just pronouced as Holic, being that the xxx may refer to a variable

Just Holic.
The xxx stands for a wildcard like Alcoholic or chocoholic
sometimes I say eks eks eks anyway eventhough it's wrong.
