I have a samsung DVR. And i cannot view what i record on any other DVD player.?

i own a samsung dvr and i use FUJIFILM DVD-RW discs to record on the dvr. but when i take the disc to another DVD player, it claims its a wrong disc and has an error message "Error" is there anyway to reformat this disc or somethng to view it on the computer?

when i finalize it, can i edit it on windows media player?

First try to finalize it.
If it does not work, buy DVD-R (write once) discs. Old DVD players may not support DVD-RW.

Also Record in DVD-Video format (not DVD-VR).

Hi Confused,

You have to Finalize the DVD before it will work in other players.

Check the Fujifilm manual to see how to finalize.
