Hey guys, I missed the 5th season of Smallville and I am lost in the 6th, who exactly knows Clark's secret with Lionel, Chloe, Lana? does Lex knows, and whats the thing with Lana Pregnancy?

Chloe,Lionel,and Lana know about Clark's secret. Chloe actually found out when this girl that Clark was dating, Alisha, was a meteor freak with the power to be invisible. She faked an accident so that Chloe could see Clark's abilities. The girl ended up getting shot and dying. Anyway, Chloe kept quiet about it for awhile. She was hoping Clark would tell her and he never did so she finally told him she knew. Lana found out on the last episode "Promise" when she locked Cloe in the basement cooler and watched as Clark rescued her. She originally found out in the 100th episode of the fifth season when Clark told her and proposed but she ended up dying so he asked Jor-El to save her and Jor-El said he would but someone else Clark loved would have to die. Clark re-did the day never telling Lana his secret and that's when his dad died. Lana's pregnancy is supposedly a result of the first time she slept with Lex but something is obviously fishy with that. Either she was impregnated at some other time or the baby is being altered in the womb. Lionel has kept Clark's secret and for awhile he was on his side. I dont know what changed but he told Lana that if she didn't marry Lex that he would kill Clark because he knew how. That's why she married Lex.

The only ones who really know the full truth about Clark are His Family, The Justice League,Pete and Chloe.
Lex, Lana and Lionel simply suspect He is just another "Meteor Freak" which of course Chloe did initially as well.
The full truth is what Clark fears so much regarding Lana. It's not so much His powers but the fear She will blame Him for Her Parents death.

Lionel & Chloe know his secret. Lana doesn't know but she is starting to figure it out. The last episode showed her spying on Clark and saw him use some of his powers.
Lana is not pregnant but Lex and the Dr (who he just killed) are making it seem like she is by using a fake ultrasound....kinda funny since they showed a baby moving around in her stomach but she isn't even big..lol

When Lionel got a hold of a fortress of solitude crystal he learned of Clark's powers. He is also a host body for Jor-EL whenever Clark needs him. He and Chloe of course know Clark's secret. In Season 6 Lana "knows" but everytime that she references it, Clark admits to knowing nothing.(mind you, she found a bent screwdriver that stabbed him, realizes that he's the one that's been saving her all of the time, and was told by Lionel that Clark would die if she broke her engagement to Lex)
So technically all three know of Clark's abilities.
Lex suspects Clark but his Lionel has even given an alibi to deter him. So I guess that in a way EVERYONE knows that Clark has special abilities but Lex just doesn't have the proof(even though he was the one to stab Clark with the screwdriver and he was also thrown through a wall by a Red-K Clark)
Lex and Lana just hooked up and all of a sudden they announce that she's pregnant. There wasn't much thought to it, it just kind of popped up.
This actually came from wikipedia (I found it the best way of describing it..."Lana felt that holding on to the failed relationship with Clark was not helping her develop future relationships as was the case with her current relationship with Lex. After coming to a decision to move on, she had sex with Lex at his mansion.
The sixth season sees Lana becoming something as a minor celebrity as she dates millionaire Lex Luthor, being hounded by paparazzi who have dubbed her "the new Lex Girl." During a November, 2006 Thanksgiving episode, Lana revealed that she was pregnant. At the very end of the following episode, Lex proposed to Lana. Two episodes later, Lana comes to terms with her unresolved feelings for Clark and says "yes" to Lex's proposal, even though she confirmed that she still loved Clark. In the sixteenth episode of the season, "Promise", Lana marries Lex, despite learning of Clark's abilities and feelings for her."
As you probably know, all is not as it seems in smallville.

Chloe always suspected something but in an episode she faked being 'out cold' and watched Clark use his powers. So he now confides in her like he used to with Pete. Lionel had a tape of Clark using his powers but I think he knew from when he was infected by Jerel. There is also Aquaman, Flash, The Green Arrow and Cyborg who know about his skills. Lana and Lex suspect something but they don't know for sure.
I haven't quite figured out the pregnancy thing yet. I don't think she is though. I think Lex set it up so she would think she was and then marry him.
