It is you writing the autobiograhy not the other 93%. It is your own thoughts and research that makes the difference.Be pro Active and resourceful. Do not concentrate on what you don't have, do so on what you do have..

Write an essay on the idea that because 93% of your community is white, you feel you have less and less perspective as race becomes more and more of an issue.

You tell your classmates and teacher that you couldnt tell them about diversity becuz you havent experienced it yet. Tell them that 93%of your community is white, which your teacher cant get mad at you becuz of the problem that you had.

Read a history book. Read the newspapers. Talk to, interview, a non white person.

I believe your question is your answer. You cannot fully understand diversity as of yet since you have not been exposed to it yet.
