what is the name of this movie?

i think it was made in the 80's. a high school kid flunks his foreign language class and is forced to go on a filed trip to somewhere in europe. on the plane with him is a spy and he ends up being killed. upon the plane landing ppl waiting for the spy mistake the student for him. it kinda of reminded me of casino royal. in the end he saves the day and his foreign language teachers goes gun crazy...

If Looks Could Kill from 1991. If searching by just the name, don't mistake it for a mid-80's movie by the same name.
