Light is probably the fastest thing in the known universe. What is the slowest?

The universe is a big place that we don't know much about. I mean I'd assume at some point the universe would reach absolute zero and then nothing would move. Maybe a reaction with a very very high activation energy. Like maybe diamonds turning to coal.

But seriously: the slowest things are those things which do not move at all. Like me on a sunday morning.

Consider that "movement" is a relative phenomenon (you can only describe movements with reference to fixed points/other objects).

Draw a dot on a piece of paper, it will not move all day, however, it is speeding through the universe at the speed of the earth's rotation.

Before I confuse myself:

Sperm are pretty slow: about 1 cm per hour is their swimming speed.

Sloths are the slowest animals. Or maybe slugs and snails, their pretty slow.
